Y-ACT was relocating to a new office space - a newly renovated building at their "mother's premise". They were moving from enclosed to an open working space. Only their head of program would have an enclosed office. The space only had three walls, tiled floor and white acoustic ceiling. It was a very cold space visually and physically.

They contracted us because they specifically wanted something different – different from the norm. They wanted better floor plan to fit more people in the space without cramming them, lots of storage and warmth. They wanted the place to be alive and make any one who walked into it feel alive. We created for them a space that was “crowned” the coolest place at the Amref Health Africa premise!

Though not an ordinary workspace, it is very functional, comfortable and warm. We brought in lots of warm lights, multipurpose spaces, some greenery and colour. The head of the program said she instantly became a celebrity around the compound. The first two days were jammed with selfie moments!
